发现一辆旅游客车因突发故障抛锚
车旁有乘客因为炎热席地而坐
经询问民警得知
车内乘客均是从四川凉山
来秦皇岛旅游的彝族游客
途中因客车离合器突发故障滞留于此
由于存在语言沟通障碍
车上多位中老年游客急得连连摆手
