秋色为笔，山河为卷。10月20日下午，在秦岭脚下、黑河之畔的周至，“绿动丝路 遇见长安——2025驻华大使夫人西安行”活动于一片古韵与新意中启幕。

来自土库曼斯坦、约旦、巴林、科摩罗、也门、萨摩亚、马耳他、埃塞俄比亚、土耳其、比利时、摩洛哥、孟加拉国、乌兹别克斯坦13个国家的驻华大使夫人齐聚西安，共同开启一段以生态为底色、以文化为纽带、以友谊为桥梁的西安之旅。

启动仪式在极具陕西地方特色的周至秦腔表演中拉开帷幕。高亢的唱腔里，有秦地的厚重，有丝路的回响，更有这座千年古都向世界发出的诚挚邀约。声起处，是文明交融的序曲；韵落时，是友谊新篇的开端。

周至作为此次旅程的起点，以其“生态福地、文化源流”的独特身份，向驻华大使夫人展示别样风采。这里不仅是老子著经悟道的哲学圣地，更是大熊猫、朱鹮悠然栖息的生态家园。连绵的猕猴桃园结出乡村振兴的硕果，“秦岭最美环山路”绵延着关中人的康庄道。

周至县委常委、宣传部部长周训良对代表团一行表示热烈欢迎，并介绍，周至是一个生态大县，境内15条河流年径流量10亿立方米，全县森林覆盖率达66.6%，栖息着世界闻名的大熊猫、金丝猴、羚牛、朱鹮，周至国家级自然保护区先后加入“世界生物圈保护区网络”和“世界自然保护联盟（IUCN）绿色名录”；周至是一个文化名县，东方哲学家老子在此著述《道德经》；周至是一个农业强县，是世界最大的猕猴桃集中种植区，面积达到43万亩，年产猕猴桃60万吨，并畅销全球。“此次活动是对绿色发展理念与丝路精神的生动诠释，期待进一步增进周至与各国的友好情谊，推动文化交流、文明互鉴。”周训良说。

国际在线副总编辑陈刚在致辞中回顾了“驻华外交官陕西行”“外籍专家看陕西”“驻华大使夫人西安行”等系列活动取得的丰硕成果。作为中国使用语种最多的国际化新媒体平台，国际在线始终致力于做好“国际传播”这篇大文章，主动担起“联接中外、沟通世界”的重任，发挥自身特色优势，搭建文化沟通桥梁。希望本次活动成为展现中国高质量发展、生态文明建设、妇女事业进步与城市治理的立体窗口。

约旦驻华大使夫人阿曼尼·塔迪尔作为大使夫人代表致辞。她回顾了古丝绸之路连接约旦佩特拉与西安长安的历史，指出文明因交流而多彩，因互鉴而丰富。她表示，愿以这次西安之行为契机，更深入地了解西安的历史与今天，让丝路精神绽放出更绚丽的光彩，让“一带一路”的友谊之花在各国深深扎根。

西安市人民对外友好协会专职副会长张锐在致辞中强调，驻华大使夫人是文化交流的使者，在西安不断扩大对外开放的进程中，驻华大使夫人与西安结下了美好之缘。此次活动是西安以生态为媒、以文化为桥，搭建人文交流纽带的重要实践，希望通过这次活动，各位驻华大使夫人能够更深入地了解西安、喜爱西安，把西安的故事带回世界各地，推动西安与各国在生态保护、人文交流等领域的务实合作，为“一带一路”民心相通注入新的活力。

在接下来的行程中，大使夫人们将走进秦岭四宝科学公园、秦岭国家植物园，感受中国绿色发展理念的实践；漫步终南山古楼观、“秦岭最美环山路”周塬路，感受文化与文旅的相得益彰；深入周一村猕猴桃园，感受中国乡村振兴的生动画卷。
