2025年6月10日14时许，因突发强降雨，浙江省衢州市衢江区双桥村排门坞自然村形成山洪，部分群众需要及时转移。双桥乡及时启动应急抢险措施，转移受灾群众14人。衢江区双桥乡双桥村支委徐梅英同志（女，62周岁，衢江区双桥乡双桥村人）在前往被转移农户的途中，不幸落水失联。经全力搜救，6月11日15时20分，徐梅英同志遗体找到。目前正在处理善后工作。

衢江区相关部门2022年5月发布的消息显示，徐梅英在双桥乡双桥村一网格任职，获得2021年度“网格调解能手”的荣誉称号。双桥村几名村民表示，她平时人很不错，对待工作也很认真。

逃生的三个自救技能
技能一：水母漂
如果不慎落水，落水者要保持冷静，尽量不要在水中挣扎，用双手抱住膝盖，让身体保持蜷缩，采用水母漂的方式，身体就会慢慢浮出水面。
浮上水面后再迅速翻转身体，身体仰卧，头部向后，这样可以使嘴巴、鼻子和肺部尽可能地露出水面。
尽可能用嘴吸气、用鼻子呼气，不要大口呼吸或深呼吸，这样可以延缓身体下沉的速度，等待救援。
技能二：用瓶子制作漂浮物
如果是必须涉险才能逃生，比如发生城市内涝，你的车被困住，并且一定要逃生，你还不会游泳。
教大家用空瓶制作漂浮物：首先拧开瓶盖，将衣服靠近领口的部分贴住瓶口，再将瓶盖直接盖在衣物上拧紧。最好能有两个水瓶，以v字型托住下巴。
这里存在一个误区，人们普遍认为选择的漂浮物的浮力要完全承托落水者的身体重量，其实并不需要，只需要让落水者的头部在水面上就可以了。
在有时间准备的情况下，只需要收集6-8个空瓶，将水瓶按照前胸3至4个和后背3至4个的排列方式竖直拧紧在衣物上。
再用一根绳子在腰部系紧，就可以作为一个简易救生圈使用了，边漂浮边等待救援，从而大大增加生存几率。
技能三：用裤子制作漂浮物
时间允许的情况下，可以将裤子制作成漂浮物，实现自救或互救。首先，我们要脱掉裤子，把两条裤腿打死结，拉好拉链后保持拉链面朝下。
把裤腿套在头上。把裤腰展开，用手击水让空气进入裤子。
充气后用手攥紧裤腰，这样就可以浮起来了。
